Scribbles: Lines, Loops and Squiggles

I am of mixed emotions to grasp how three-fourths of our school year went so fast. I would have to say things have changed for the better. I think. Scribbles may not make any sense to some. Just like scribbles, my mind is hard to comprehend what happened. A mixture of lines, loops, and squiggles. But these scribbles somewhat hide a deeper meaning in children's eyes.

Throughout this quarter, I have learned many things and encountered different experiences, both exciting and challenging especially on our subject, Information and Communications Technology. It has been a great moment to develop my knowledge and understanding in each of the different areas within the subject. The quarter as a whole has enabled me to explore further my strengths and work on improving my weaknesses so that I can enhance my overall performance. For one, our community-based research in our subject had engaged us in working with other students during class has enabled me to advance my skills such as communication, effective learning, and teamwork. But, scribbles in my mind get me all the time on "Why is this important?", "Will this help me?".

Scribbles serve as a framework for writing. And this I think is something I had somewhat related to my journey. Throughout, our experiences in being part of these tasks will help us for our future; something that serves as our guide for "tomorrow". Besides, working with other people on various tasks has made the learning experience more interesting and enjoyable. In fact, in our previous group project, we significantly helped each other and cooperated on all the necessary tasks. The encouragement and inspirations we provided to each other were unprecedented. I feel I have gained a lot from them, exchanging thoughts and ideas about many diverse issues, expressing different viewpoints, and inspiring me to develop my own thinking.

I acknowledge that the completion of this 3rd quarter of reflection helped me enter a new phase of my life. Though the result of my hard work didn't go with what I planned, I still believe that I just need to push the door open and wait to see what happens. I believe that scribbles in our minds are there for a reason. And this will always help me stay prim with determination and courage for the last quarter.
