As Perceived In One's Thoughts
Was our first quarter really that quick? Didn't I observe how time seemed to pass by in a couple of seconds? However, knowing how my ideas were received that it was only a fraction of a second reveals that I was too naïve and hardly recognized that a portion of our school year was completed. That very first stride along the corridor towards my classroom seemed like it was yesterday. But certain thoughts remained in my mind.
I began my first day in class knowing only a few of my classmates. Nothing new here. As I get to know my way, I had experienced a range of emotions. But as the weeks passed, our learnings grew; in comparison to the previous two years of distant learning, I must say today was better. I had admired the skill of education. I had never been so totally curious from the Internet Timeline to the Search Engines. I had never enjoyed learning more than I could.
As I reflect on this, I am thankful for the support I received from both the teacher and my friends. I am proud of myself for surviving the first quarter despite varying levels of stress and happiness. They had lessened the weight I carried in having difficulty grasping the lessons. My journey was a rough one. Though it was noteworthy in certain ways, I expect the next quarters to be continuously fun.

We have a long way ahead of us, but I'm sure you'll do just fine. Cheers, JC! I'm proud of you, always.
ReplyDeleteYour choice of words and the way you explain amaze me. Let's all remember our goals and dreams as we continue in this rocky, dangerous path in life!
ReplyDeleteMost cordial of salutations!
ReplyDeleteIt is of extraordinarily cosmic chances that out of 8 billion individuals, a person like you is of this world. You are a brave soul, and though you may seem to miss the stroke of good light that we see you in, let us remind you in consistent waves that no matter how hard times may get and no matter how much you may feel the urge to drop everything, you stand strong yet again and again, a hundredfold. You are by no means less than everyone else around you, and although each person is wonderfully unique and esoteric, you stand out and shine significantly brighter than most. Thank you for serving as a personal inspiration, a beacon in an ocean where I, myself have nearly drowned in before. Thank you for unsuspectingly helping me stay motivated and spearheaded towards my goals. I'm astronomically lucky to have had the chance to meet and continue to mingle with you.
Through the flashes of good grace that life provides, may we go through unscathed. Much love.
