To Days We Tried To Put In Counterclockwise
The pandemic has brought us several challenges, one of which was the modular learning. It has had a serious influence on both the teacher and the student. Many people struggled to adjust in various ways. However, they attempted to overcome the inaccessibility through several areas. It has been a significant transformation that has required learners to adapt in order for quality education to continue.
Having this unpredictable and abrupt crisis made us suffer so much. We have experienced different circumstances that have all affected us in different positions. One situation I encountered for the past two years was the struggle to learn independently just by reading the given concepts printed in modules. It was very tiring with all that workload, and to think that we were only relying on the materials given. There was one point in that school year that I just wished to put things in counterclockwise and return how it used to be. To times wherein it was less stressful and more productive because students were having really disorganized routines during the pandemic. It has destroyed my sleep schedule and drained me throughout the day.
One coping mechanism I tried was giving myself time to watch Korean dramas and other TV series on Netflix. The feeling of calmness from watching these, helps me recharge myself in finishing the given tasks. Throughout them, I was able to relieve my stress from schoolwork. It has also helped me organize my schedule by having and knowing my designated tasks and priorities at designated times. I think these are one of many factors I consider to be a part of my remote-learning experience. I'm glad we are already back from in-person classes that has somewhat helped us understand more the lessons. These days, I now thought that we just have to continue; because time was never meant in reverse. We were never meant to go back.
